Educational Hub Elevates CEU Offerings

Problem:
Jenn-Air, a manufacturer of luxury kitchen appliances, has a number of continuing education courses developed by Interior Designer Ellen Cheever, a well-known author and industry authority, and subsequent courses internally that they wanted to make available  through their own online presence and sales support channels. The goal was to offer all their courses, which qualify for CEU credits, providing an opportunity to individual designers to take these courses online as well as Jenn-Air Market Managers being able to access these courses for an on-site training at a distributor or showroom and register/certify the entire group.

Solution:
Interline Creative Group recommended creating separate websites as the platform for the courses: one for the individual to take the courses and one for Jenn-Air Market Managers with access to course materials. Interline created designs/concepts and ultimately provided the finished websites. This involved creating initial layouts, programming functionality, artwork design, and copy writing. Through intense collaboration with Jenn-Air, Interline epitomized the company’s mission and created a platform in which Jenn-Air courses were delivered. In essence Interline hosts these courses, tests, and handles registrations, etc. on Jenn-Air’s behalf and is responsible for maintaining the website and the administration of the courses.

Result:
By creating  dynamic websites with easy manageability and updating, Interline Creative Group enabled the client to provide vast online course offerings. This empowered the client with an added means to support their customers. A separate website provides a portal for Jenn-Air Market Managers to manage their own CEU schedules with tools to better administrate.

CEU Administration Supports Educational Programs

Problem:
Jenn-Air, a manufacturer of luxury kitchen appliances, has a number of courses developed by Interior Designer Ellen Cheever, a well-known author and industry authority, some of which are in participation with KBDN magazine in a webinar format. As newcomers to the CEU webinar format, Jenn-Air and KBDN magazine were seeking CEU administration assistance of these courses through the various organizations, including AIA, and the interior design associations such as IDCEC.

Solution:
CEU administration involves all the little details that support the clients as well as the attendees. Interline Creative Group was brought in to function as the administrator of the Jenn-Air sponsored webinars on the KBDN platform. Specifically, Interline administrative tasks included coordination with Ellen Cheever, the publisher and Jenn-Air, the coordination of test criteria, status updates and session course/number, as well as programming for registrations of tests, copywriting, and editing. The work also involves troubleshooting, testing of the system, updating IDCEC and AIA information for the on-demand courses, certificate creation, generating hundreds of certificates, converting to PDFs, submitting attendance to IDCEC and AIA, quiz website maintenance and more.

Result:
CEU administration support is an area in which Interline is proficient. Assisting Jenn-Air and KBDN magazine allowed the clients to focus on their message and platform while Interline helped with the behind the scenes support necessary for a successful CEU program. Additionally, Interline simplified the online quiz process by making it easier to take and administer. By automating the reporting of quiz results, Interline was then able to submit appropriate credits, in this case to AIA and IDCEC, and promptly generate the creation and sending of certificates.
